“银基钎焊粉(BAG-8)”详细介绍
银基钎料钎焊温度低,流动性好。钎焊接口具有很好的强度和延展性能,而且由于不含镉,所以钎焊时对人体非常安全。
银基钎料主要用来替代含镉的钎料。含银60-67%的钎料非常适合于钎焊需要高的电导性以及银白色外观的电子器件。同样可以用来钎焊银制品。AG60Sn专门用于真空钎焊和气体保护焊。AG55%可以用于各种材料的钎焊,如:钢铁、纯铜、铜合金、镍和镍基合金。
AG55%由于钎焊后和不锈钢颜色一致,所以广泛用于奶制品和食品行业。AG50%、AG45%、AG44%则广泛用于电器和异种材料的钎焊。AG45%主要应用于炉中钎焊。AG40%Sn、AG30Sn钎料在钢铁、有色金属、异种材料的钎焊时拥有良好的流动性。AG30%和AG25%是这些银基钎料中含银量最低的,适合于钎焊要求不是很高的接口。
